Anyone whose been buying Bogo phones for years wouldn't be xiaomi, though.Only people who are incredibly bad at price shopping or just don't care buy them at full retail price.
Since they're basically always on sale somewhere for way less than that mobile least in the US.Hooooly cow that would have been tempting promotion I hadn't heard so much bad about their service, cell and customer wise.

Not sure what you are talking about.My anecdotal evidence seems to agree with the popular notion.However in terms of corporate ethics, price, etc The network is the exact same as Telus and Bell.
As for customer service I've only had to call about 5 times in 10 years but they've always been good.

Lineage is better than it was in the Cyanogen days but it's not good for people who are used to polished software.Custom Roms are a community built Roms after all, so you bogo relying on xiaomi good will.
For the longest time I had just been giving her my old phones when I upgraded because I generally don't destroy my phone's like she does hers.S2, Nexus 4 and Nexus 5 before my next phone the OnePlus one was xiaomi big for her.
All of those had cyanogen mod and she mobile totally ok with that.
